Rental History

Rental agents are contacted for payment history, bond refund details, the property condition, and their occupation behaviour; both current and previous rentals are assessed.

Employment History

Both current and previous employment details are checked and income, stability, longevity, and type of employment are all taken into consideration.

Rental and Credit History

Using the National Tenancy Database, (only available to estate agents), we check rental credit history of applicants.

Parental Guarantee

We obtain the landline, email and home address of the applicant’s parent/s if needed. And, if required, a parent can act as guarantor for the applicant, ensuring an additional layer of security for you as a rent provider.

Software

We use the technology that makes accessing all information relevant to your property simple for you, Payment history, tenant details etc are all available to you in one portal via our platform Property Me.

Inspections

With 2 leasing agents that are dedicated to attending inspections we can offer both private appointments and open for inspections more than the regular times. We get more people through the door so your property is leased quicker and with the best applicant.

VCAT

Whilst we do our best to avoid anything going to VCAT it’s an unfortunate event that happens in some instances. Our staff are fully equipped and trained in how to manage the process and ensure a quick turnaround in the event that a hearing is called. You can relax while we handle the process.
