Now calling Melbourne home, Felipe made the move from Chile 10 years ago and has never looked back. Felipe came from an architectural and property development background in Chile and completed a Master of Property at RMIT University. More importantly, he has a personable nature that helps him navigate the different circumstances property management throws at him. He builds a strong rapport with tenants and leaves you confident that your property is compliant and secure. You'll get a property manager and a friend on the phone.
When he's not managing your property, he's deep in a South American BBQ and craft beer. He says Australians don't know how to BBQ like Chileans, but he's happy to teach anyone open to it.
